Delivery
We will endeavor to package and send out your goods within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
Goods should be received within 3 - 6 days within UK. Standard UK Delivery charge is £3.95 (Free delivery for orders over £20) Next Day UK Delivery - on orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday charge is £7.95 (Free delivery for orders over £60) International shipping £5.00 Goods should be received within 7-10 day delivery.

Refund / Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your goods Charms will refund your money in full provided goods are returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn and in there original packaging. Refunds will be credited in full to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
If you wish to exchange your goods we will be happy to do so as long as they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt, unworn and in their original packaging. Once we have received the goods you wish to exchange your new order will be sent out.
For health and hygiene reasons earrings can not be refunded or exchanged. Please call our customer services line to make refund or exchange arrangements.
